'Main Site'5 Overhead Squats (#105W/#135M)10 Toes to Bar15 Dumbbell Hang Squat Clean (#20W/#40M) 20 Double Unders

i used 75# for the oh squats. those were pretty easy until about the 3rd round and so i'm glad i didn't go any higher. i did toes to bar and 20# for db squats and did the du's. i finished in 19:03. good music and a good workout.
